Meet YOUR coach

Hi! My name is Andrea Sharp and I’m so glad you are here. I’ve been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer for 20 years, and I truly love helping people create consistency in their fitness routines. It brings me so much joy to see members embrace their fitness journeys and make working out an integral part of who they are.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Michigan State University…Go Green Go White. As an avid researcher, I’ve spent the past 20 years developing my own fitness method and establishing myself as an expert in the field. Every class is rooted in science and programmed to help you feel stronger in every part of your body using the latest in body mechanics research.

I am also a Certified Menopause Coaching Specialist. My mission is to help women feel seen, supported, and like themselves again through strength training, education, and community. Whether you’re navigating perimenopause, menopause, or post-menopause, I’m here to help you move with confidence and build sustainable wellness habits that actually fit your life.

I’m an Emeritus Whole30 Certified Coach and have completed 16 Whole30s. The goal of the Whole30 is to reset your relationship with food, and I’ve helped hundreds of people feel empowered by eliminating confusion, listening to their bodies, and finding what works for them in real life.

I’m a wife and mom of three awesome kiddos—Richie (16), Ruby (12), and Rowan (11). My oldest son has Autism, and I’ve learned that life often throws curveballs. The gifts he’s given me include extreme patience, zero ego, and the ability to find joy in my circumstances. Daily morning workouts became my anchor—they gave me the strength to show up as my best self for him and for our family.

At Good Gaines, we believe in the power of movement, consistency, and real connection. With daily strength classes, expert guidance, and a supportive community, we help you build habits that last—so you feel strong, capable, and more like yourself again.
