meet YOUR coach

Hi! My name is Andrea Sharp and I’m so glad you are here. I’ve been an ACE Certified Personal Trainer for 17 years. I truly love helping people create consistency in their fitness routines. Furthermore, it brings me so much joy to see members embrace their fitness journeys and make working out an integral part of who they are.

I earned a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology from Michigan State University…Go Green Go White. As an avid researcher I delve in the realms of health, fitness and exercise. Over the past 20 years, I’ve developed my own fitness method, establishing myself as an expert in the field. Every class is programmed to utilize the latest body mechanics research to target every body part and leave you feeling stronger. Currently, my keen focus lies in the intricate aspects of women’s health, particularly how to help myself and my members navigate the journey through menopause.

I am an Emeritus Whole30 Certified Coach and I’ve completed 16 Whole30s. The goal of the Whole30 is to change your relationship with food. Markedly, I have successfully coached hundreds of people and love watching them finally feel empowered. I lead group (and individual) Whole30s throughout the year.

I’m a wife and mom of three awesome kiddos, Richie (14), Ruby (11) and Rowan (9). My oldest son has Autism, so I understand firsthand that life can throw you curveballs. The gifts my son has given me on this journey are extreme patience, zero ego and how to find joy in your circumstances. Additionally, in the 10-year adventure since his diagnosis, daily early morning workout classes gave me the ability to show-up as my best self for him and our entire family.
