The Good Gaines women’s fitness classes weekly schedule was crafted with your lifestyle, responsibilities and commitments in mind. Thus, it empowers you to achieve your fitness goals effortlessly. With careful consideration of your needs and preferences, our schedule offers the flexibility and variety necessary for success. Additionally, ensuring that every class aligns seamlessly with your goals and busy life.
Cardio Core
Dynamic cardio moves, bodyweight exercises and core strength combine for this high energy 60-minute class.
Full Body Power
Elevate your strength with this expertly programmed, results-driven 60-minute workout. We will use dumbbells and bodyweight to strengthen your entire body, leaving you feeling powerful and accomplished.
Move Well Mobility
You will improve joint range of motion, reduce stiffness and promote overall flexibility through a combination of dynamic stretches and targeted exercises. A Good Gaines member favorite after a challenging workout week. You will feel like a new person after this 60-minute class.
10:00 am Beginner Classes
Don’t let intimidation hold you back! All of our 10am Beginner Classes are perfect for people that are new to strength training or individuals that have been away from exercise for some time. Andrea will be with you every step of the way, offering encouragement as you master proper weight training techniques and form, while increasing your cardiovascular endurance. These classes are designed to strengthen your entire body, leaving you feeling powerful and accomplished.
*All of our 6:00am classes are 45 minutes, so you can grab a quick high impact workout and go about your day!
